VISA BULLETIN MOVEMENT DECADE ANALYSIS FOR EB2, REST OF WORLD FINAL ACTION DATES BASED EB2 tended to have retrogression before new fiscal year, but was started to have retrogression for all year since Dec,2022.  Looks EB2 demand is increasing during and after COVID-19.
